Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

UK delivery
Standard delivery (3–5 working days): £3.99 — Free on orders over £50
Express delivery (1–2 working days): £6.99

International delivery
We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

Tracking
All orders include tracking. Your tracking link will be emailed to you at dispatch. If you haven't received your order within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link before contacting us.

Delivery issues
If your parcel is shown as delivered but you haven't received it, please: check with neighbours; check any safe place noted on your tracking; wait 24 hours in case of scan delays. If still unresolved, contact us at hello@legendlayers.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Missing or damaged items
Contact us at hello@legendlayers.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
