How do I place an order? Simply browse our collection, select your size and style, and check out securely via PayPal, Stripe, or Payoneer.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Contact us as soon as possible at support@legendlayers.com. If your order hasn't already been processed for shipment, we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.

Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we ship both within the UK and internationally.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive? Delivery typically takes around 30 days, as each jacket is prepared and shipped from our fulfilment partner. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees? International customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes charged by their country. These charges are not included in the order price and are outside our control.

How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also check your order status via the Track Order page on our site.

Sizing & Products

How do I choose the right size? Each product page includes a detailed size guide. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us at support@legendlayers.com with your measurements and we'll help you pick the best fit.

Are your jackets made from real leather? Yes — every Legend Layers jacket is made from 100% genuine leather, hand-finished for durability and style.

Will my jacket look exactly like the product photo? Because our jackets are made from genuine leather, slight natural variations in grain and colour between photos and the finished piece are normal and part of what makes real leather unique.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your returns policy? You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange your item. See our full Returns Policy for details.

Who pays for return shipping? If you're returning an item for reasons like sizing or preference, return shipping is at your own cost. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping.

How long do refunds take? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Can I exchange for a different size or style? Yes — email us at support@legendlayers.com and we'll arrange an exchange based on stock availability.
