Welcome to legendlayers.com. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order with Legend Layers Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Our Products

We sell premium, screen-inspired leather jackets and outerwear. Product images are for illustrative purposes; due to the nature of genuine leather, slight variations in colour, grain, and texture between the image shown and the item received are normal and not considered a fault.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product, or change specifications, pricing, or descriptions at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • Prices are displayed in GBP (£)
  • Payment is processed securely via PayPal, Stripe, and Payoneer at the time of order
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — in which case you will be refunded in full

4. Delivery

  • We ship to the UK and internationally
  • Estimated delivery time is approximately 30 days from order confirmation, as products are made to order and shipped from our fulfilment partner. Delivery times may vary based on your location and customs processing for international orders
  • You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery; these are not included in the order price
  • Legend Layers is not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached
  • To start a return or exchange, contact us at support@legendlayers.com with your order number
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return shipping cost
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability of the requested size/style
  • Custom-made, altered, or final sale items (if any) are non-returnable

6. Cancellations

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason (the “cooling-off period”). This aligns with our 14-day returns window above. To cancel, contact support@legendlayers.com.

7. Product Descriptions and Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, sizing, and images are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free. If a product you receive is materially different from its description, please contact us for a resolution.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of Legend Layers Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

Our products are inspired by iconic film and pop-culture styles; they are original designs and are not officially licensed, endorsed, or affiliated with any film studio, production company, or copyright holder.

9. User Accounts

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legend Layers Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or your purchase, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (e.g. death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
